As a General Merchandise Expert at Target, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a consistent and enjoyable experience for our guests. You will be responsible for tasks such as product placement, inventory management, and providing excellent customer service. We will provide you with the necessary training and support to succeed and grow in your career.

What You'll Do as a General Merchandise Expert:
  • Welcome and assist guests in a genuine and friendly manner
  • Engage with guests to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions
  • Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and ensure accurate pricing and signage
  • Execute sales plans, planograms, and promotional activities
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and conduct regular audits
  • Provide assistance in other areas of the store when needed
