We are currently looking for a Market Team Manager for our Cairo office. In this role, you will lead a team of talented Account Executives and Managers, working closely with the Area Manager to enhance hotel availability and supply in our rapidly growing region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of experienced account managers and executives to achieve team and individual goals.
  • Drive team development and empowerment through frameworks and tools.
  • Maintain positive relationships with our high-value partners to achieve targets and growth.
  • Participate in partner events to support business results.
  • Stay knowledgeable about industry competitors and partner landscape.
  • Review team targets and guide them in planning and prioritizing to meet business goals.
  • Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Role Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, with a solution-oriented and result-driven mindset.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in an international environment.
  • Proactive, flexible, and capable of multitasking.
  • Analytical and commercial skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • This is a hybrid role based in Cairo, with some remote work and/or working at client locations.
