Community Education Program Manager
Job Summary: Our goal is to empower and support every individual to achieve their dreams, contribute to the community, and continue their journey of lifelong learning. The Community Education Program Manager plays a key role in supporting the Early Childhood & Family Education (EC&FE) programs by providing input and assistance in their development, administration, implementation, and evaluation. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of child and family development, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work well with diverse groups of people.

- Assisting in the leadership and development of program areas
- Recruiting, training, and supervising staff
- Supporting community needs assessment work
- Developing and implementing marketing and outreach strategies
- Managing grants and initiatives
- Handling data and communication with stakeholders
- Monitoring program finances and enrollment data
- Supporting other Community Education areas as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred in Education, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public school and/or community-based early childhood and family education programming preferred
- 3+ years of experience supervising Community Education programs and staff
Desired:
- Teaching license in parent education and/or early childhood
- Experience teaching in similar programs
- Experience with home visiting and PreK-3rd grade alignment
- Experience with outreach and marketing
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Experience working with families of low socio-economic status
