About the Team

Our team is responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting software applications within the financial services and technology industry. We work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to ensure our technical solutions align with business goals and comply with industry standards.

What You Will be Doing

• Provide technical support for software production processing
• Install, maintain, and support application/source code and its components
• Detect, diagnose, and report problems
• Analyze and resolve incidents, problems, or known errors
• Assist programming staff with software analysis and performance improvement
• Create and maintain documentation for application software support

.What You Bring

• 3 to 7 years of experience in ITIL Release Management, Unix Commands, and Shell Scripting
• Knowledge of Middleware such as JBOSS, Websphere, Apache Tomcat, and IBM HTTP Servers
• Experience in managing applications, including maintenance, upgrades, and patching
• Understanding of DevOps and Openshift
• Knowledge of Cloud-based deployments and SSL Certificate Management
• Experience with installation/configuration and production support for IBM HTTP 8.x, IBM WAS 8.x, JBOSS EAP
