0% Job Opportunity: Customer Support Representative We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as Customer Support Representatives. In this role, you will provide assistance and support to customers through phone, email, or instant message. Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for incoming customer inquiries, providing excellent and inclusive customer support. - Resolve a targeted percentage of customer inquiries, utilizing your problem-solving skills. - Use relevant tools and resources to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of customer problems. - Escalate more technical issues to the appropriate department when needed, ensuring timely resolution. - Document customer requests and maintain accurate records. - Update customer information with attention to detail and accuracy. - Provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced Customer Service Associates. - Meet job standards, including quality, adherence to schedule, and average handle time. Requirements: - High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED). - Basic knowledge of our products, services, and business operations. - Excellent customer service skills that prioritize customer satisfaction. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in computer navigation and operation. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Demonstrates effective people skills and sensitivity when interacting with others. - Previous experience in a call center or customer service-related job preferred. - Financial services experience is a plus.
