ABOUT THIS JOB
We may not have a crystal ball, but our team of Market Researchers comes pretty close. In this role, you'll analyze data and consult with clients, helping them make informed decisions about product launches. Your insights will shape the strategies of leading global companies.
Role Details:
- Manage day-to-day administration of client service and coordinate analysis and reporting of research projects.
- Take ownership of projects, from understanding client objectives to preparing questionnaires, conducting analysis, and presenting findings.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, finance, and data processing to ensure smooth project execution.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client queries and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Support senior staff in delivering high-quality services to clients and ensure reports meet client needs and company standards.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Full-time MBA with at least 2 years of experience in Media, Digital, Technology, Telecom, or Entertainment industries (Market research agency experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of market research concepts.
- Excellent client focus and proactive approach.
- Working knowledge of statistics and multivariate analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with various research methodologies such as offline, online, and CATI.
