Job Description
We are currently looking for a Timesheet Keeper who Is responsible for monitoring the submission Timesheets of our project staff in UAE, Oman, KSA regions. The candidate will be based in Abu Dhabi.
Requirements
A relevant degree qualification
Minimum of 3 years’ experience of working in Administration, handling Administration functions
Good communication skills
Excellent team player
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Fluency in English
Strong working knowledge in Excel
System knowledge desired – Oracle, Accpac, Resource Manager
Primary Responsibilities
Adding and removing of employees in the system on joining and leaving
Give a brief introduction of timesheet procedure to new employees
Provide monthly Timesheet summary for payroll of the month
Resolves time sheet discrepancies, incorrect charging of jobs and un-approved time sheets
Monitors and follows-up the timely submission of time sheets
Summarize OT hours for payroll processing (RM and Manual PDF timesheet)
Report summary of Unpaid leaves, Annual leave balance
