The team support the complete Retirement hosted solution through multiple functions, and Application Support is one of them.

 

What you will be doing 

  • Providing Application Support for Relius Platform. 
  • Interacting With multiple customers hosted in ASP environment,
  • Supports daily queue management, projects, migrations, upgrades, troubleshooting and maintenance. 
  • Relius has tight SLA’s with clients to maintain their uptime, hence it is imperative that all the issues are handled with priority and clients uptime is maintained.

 

What you bring: 

  • 3 to 5 Years of experience in application support based on Windows Servers
  • Experience on Windows server and its components
  • Exposure on Databases and executing basic queries (queries will be provided by DB team)
  • Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required
  • Managing tickets (JIRA/SNOW, etc) and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date.Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
  • Take ownership of projects and deliver on it on time, keeping all stakeholders updated on status periodically
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues.Managing coordination at a local and international level where required
