About the role:
In a Program Manager/ Senior Project Technology role, you’ll use best-in-breed PM tools to help us deliver products that will change the world of fintech. This will include implementing enterprise level software solutions as well as new internal information systems and applications, new technology integrations, and infrastructure buildouts.

What you will be doing:

  • Working on a Core software replacement projects

  • You will work on replacing the back-office software which is the core financial software for the business.

  • Working with product development, sales, client relationship teams, technology solutions, service delivery and/or other cross-functional teams.

  • Managing project risk and assisting with problem resolution.

  • Serving as liaison between technical and non-technical teams.


What you will need:

  • A seasoned PM with a minimum of 7-10 years of recent experience working with projects greater than 1 million dollars.

  • A minimum of 5+ years of recent Professional Services/ implementations of financial software.

  • Extensive knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines as well as various IT project methodologies and life cycles.

  • Understand both Agile and Waterfall as you will use a blend of the two.

  • Excellent Advanced skills with project management software.

  • Prerequisite to understand forecasting and financials.

  • a minimum of 5 years of client facing experience in the Financial Industry

  • A bachelor’s in computer science, management information systems or business administration or the equivalent experience

  • Excellent presenting skills

  • Forward thinking

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
