  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to travel if required.
