About the team
In today’s highly competitive market, and reconciliation firms must not only deliver superior returns, but also respond to more stringent reporting requirements and increasing demands for information. IntelliMatch is an automated reconciliation software tool that tracks data integrity and reconciliation process used by various banking and financial institutions simplifying the user experience. Throughout the industry there is mounting pressure on organizations to do more, requiring a clear technology strategy that not only addresses the demands of today, but also enables the growth and performance of tomorrow.

What you will be doing
This position is within Professional Services IntelliMatch, works on –
Product Installation and reconciliation configuration;
Develops understanding of and defines client products and services through information gathering sessions to determine how FIS systems must be established to meet client needs;
Through data analysis, product mapping and interviews, gathers forms and data files from customer and assesses requirements for software utilization and discusses any software customization requirements with programming team; As part of the conversion process, tests customized software against customer specific needs sharing reports and application specific data with customers that reflect how conversion data will be processed; Reviews conversion results (reports, balancing, data load, software changes) with client to refine and confirm requirements and obtains formal customer acceptance of results;
Customizes FIS software through the use of authoring tools to meet individual customer needs – solutions sets, tables, etc.;
Throughout project, provides expertise to answer questions and guide clients in the use of the system;
Acts as an on-site resource during conversion and answers questions, troubleshoots problems as they occur, supports implementation of new procedures, conducts last minute training if necessary and provides support during conversion week. Reviews the conversion results (reports, balancing of systems, balancing system conversion to associated General Ledger accounts, errors with the customer and obtains client sign-off. Coordinates and directs the completion of post-conversion maintenance potentially including error resolution, system or data changes and balancing adjustments.

What you bring:
Knowledge / Experience

Extensive experience of software/service solutions delivered on a hosted and managed basis including SQL Server
Extensive experience in Intellimatch tool
Knowledge of the financial services marketplace
Reconciliation knowledge
Ability to build and maintain strong Client relationships portraying deep technical and functional expertise
Knowledge of Project Methodology viz. AGILE, Waterfall etc
Positions involving data mapping require strong analytical and technical skills
Competent in best practice principals of risk, information security and compliance.

Skills
Assist clients to re-engineer their business processes and build a strong relationship with your clients
Some experience within Consulting and/or working on software application implementations
Good understanding of the financial markets
Sound understanding of a typical project lifecycle
Good presentation and communication skills
Willingness to deliver to tight timeframes
Advanced knowledge of working with IntelliMatch
Understand complex DB objects - stored procedures, database views, triggers, database structure
Ability to write SQL statements (joins, updates, scripts for analysis, etc.)

Qualifications
Degree or equivalent Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

Excellent communicator – ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion
Attention to detail – track record of authoring high quality documentation
