You will be responsible for the following tasks 

Ensure the "run" of the IT support (N+2 / +3) & Admin: 

• You will be responsible for the preparation and execution of onboarding (preparation of accounts and equipment, facilitation of the handover of peripherals) and offboarding (recovery of equipment, deactivation of accounts) as a backup to the IT support
• Ensure the maintenance and updates of the computer and software equipment thanks to the different tools (Make, Jamf...) in collaboration with the IT admin
• Helping with admin issues and projects
• Participate in the resolution of tickets (requests and incidents N+2/+3)

Work in a logic of continuous improvement: 

• Contribute to keeping our environments up to date (archiving, compliance, application of new policies)
• Maintain and develop documentation (procedures, configurations)
• Provide a report on your activity

Ensure the training of JobTeaser users:

• Maintain and update the user FAQ 
• Support users in the proper use of our tools and services (individual training, promotion of good practices, etc.)

• You have a computer science degree (e.g. BTS, DUT in computer science, systems and networks)
• You have a good level of written and spoken English
• You have knowledge of our technical environment: Apple / Google Workspace / Jira / Okta / Slack
• You are dynamic, proactive, curious and motivated by new technologies
• You have knowledge of automation (Workflow Okta, Make ...) or development (creation of Bots, webhooks ...)
• You are rigorous and pay attention to detail 
• You are naturally oriented towards others, you have good interpersonal skills and a sense of service
