One-year contract with the potential to turn permanent.


Location: San Francisco, strongly preferred - 25% in office - Tuesdays and Wednesdays; Seattle or NYC consideration

Our well known AI client is looking for tenured, talented sourcers to partner with their recruiters and the business in hiring for their technical teams. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of their organization by identifying, engaging, and hiring the best and brightest minds across a range of disciplines. As they continue to push the boundaries of AI research and development, they need passionate sourcers and talent advisors who can help them build world-class teams dedicated to creating safe and beneficial AI systems.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and source highly qualified candidates at volume
  • Partner with technical hiring managers and interviewers to understand hiring needs, team matching, required skills and qualifications
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to understand organizational needs and map out long-term talent acquisition strategies that balance priorities across all technical teams
  • Stay up-to-date on sourcing best practices, emerging sourcing techniques, interview innovations, and workplace trends

 

 

Qualifications

  • Have 5+ years of experience (including in-house) sourcing top technical talent, particularly for product engineering, infrastructure, and/or AL/ML teams
  • Have demonstrated success in filling engineering leadership and/or high level technical IC positions
  • Are experienced in working on on high volume pipeline/evergreen roles
  • Have proven skill and investment in taking an inclusive, equitable approach to hiring
  • Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as a proactive mindset and ability to operate with autonomy
  • Are experimental and have implemented novel, creative, non-traditional pipeline building strategies in partnership with hiring leaders and recruiters
  • Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and enjoy juggling multiple priorities
  • Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as a proactive mindset and ability to operate with autonomy
  • Have a passion for AI's potential to positively impact the world and a realistic assessment of its risks and limitations
