Job Description

This role is hybrid, based in either San Francisco or Seattle, and is a six-month contract. The People Specialist, Manager Enablement, plays a key role in supporting managers and People Partners through program management, process improvement, and resource development. The focus is on operational excellence, manager development, and scaling people systems during a period of rapid growth.

Core Themes:

  • Manager training program support

  • People Ops project execution

  • Change management

  • Documentation, communication, and enablement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and operationalize scalable manager enablement processes

  • Maintain and improve manager resources and documentation

  • Partner with People Partners, Leadership Design, and People Ops teams

  • Manage cross-functional HR initiatives and special projects

  • Support personnel investigations and compile detailed documentation

  • Drive tracking and reporting on enablement initiatives

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in HR, People Operations, or Recruiting Coordination
  • Proven project management and stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments
  • Familiar with HRIS tools and systems (Workday, BambooHR, etc.)
  • Exposure to L&D or organizational development a plus
