Jellyfish is looking for a Spanish speaking Shoot Producer who will report to our Production Director and create impact within our global Production team.

Jellyfish partners with one of the leading global sports brands, to deliver a dedicated team of producers globally. You'll work with the internal communication and storytelling team producers to deliver end-to-end strategic and operational marketing services across the entire global comms journey. Being an extension of our client's internal team, you will deliver high-quality productions that fulfil the creative vision and improve creative opportunities.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Manage budgets and cost negotiations at several production levels, of €500k+ per production
• You'll oversee business affairs including legal clearances, insurance and usage rights
• Provide ongoing updates and forecasting in tracking documents
• Ensure paperwork is consolidated and filled during and after each shoot
• Final reconciliations including archiving
• Ensure team compliance to necessary policies
• On set shoot attendance roughly 40% of the time, travelling globally sometimes last minute
• Uphold and enforce high-quality standards for all deliverables
• Work with important clients and team members to ensure success of each production
• Provide regular progress updates and escalate

• 3+ years' experience in cross-media (print, digital and TV) shoot production.
• You'll be able and willing to travel internationally
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Experience with marketing industries, processes and communication channels
• You'll understand production trends, costs and ways of working
• You seek and implement solutions to refine and automate processes.
• You're good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances.
• When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options find practical solutions.
