As part of the global Link Snacks organization, our team in the EMEA region (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa) focuses on driving growth in the real meat protein snack category, with a particular focus on our brands: Jack Link’s®, Peperami®, BiFi®, and Minuets. We operate through a network of regional offices and manufacturing facilities across Europe, including Germany, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.

• Strategically procure indirect materials and services across CAPEX and OPEX categories.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies.
• Build and maintain strong internal networks with stakeholders and external networks with suppliers.
• Understand market conditions and market dynamics, particularly in the area of indirect materials.
• Identify KPIs, tools, and processes to optimize procurement, supplier performance, and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with technical departments and operational teams.
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, internal processes, and quality standards, such as IFS.
• Contribute to the further development of the procurement organization to achieve its objectives and targets and support the overall J&L EMEA sourcing strategy.

• A completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in strategic procurement.
• Strong technical understanding of the assigned CAPEX and OPEX categories.
• An independent, accountable, and proactive approach to work.
• Fluent German and English skills with strong negotiation capabilities; French language skills are an advantage.
• Proficiency in SAP MM and MS Office.
• A strong team player with a willingness to collaborate in partly international teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
