Job Description
Make a difference in the world of branded protein snacking as Sales Manager Retail NL at Jack Link’s EMEA.
Our spacious and modern HQ is located in the vibrant Amsterdam, and includes a highly international team, with more than 25 different nationalities. Our EMEA team is committed to continuing its impressive EMEA expansion, one bite at a time, and becoming the regional leader in branded protein snacks.
This position is based in Amsterdam and you will be reporting to the Country Sales Director Benelux.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Grow the BiFi and Jack Link’s brand and maximize profitable business development;
- Develop, lead and implement effective strategies for these customer to achieve maximum profitable growth.
- Manage and build excellent customer relationships making L.S.I. Netherlands B.V. a trusted business partner;
- Work in close collaborating with Operations, Commercial Finance, (Trade) Marketing and Category Management to make sure financial and commercial targets are met;
- Manage and execute retail media initiatives
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts;
- Manage customer budgets within guidelines;
- Lead and develop the Account Manager Superunie members & OOH
- Build and maintain a network within the industry;
- Embrace the Jack Link’s culture, incorporating its values into every day work life, acting as a culture ambassador and brand steward.
Qualifications
EU Citizenship and/or valid work permit is required. Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this position. All applications must be submitted in English, as it is the company’s corporate language.
- Educational background in Sales, Business Adminsitration, Marketing or similar field
- Proven track record as a sales professional with at least 4 to 7 years of (sales) work experience within the FMCG industry, preferably in Food Retail.
- English and Dutch bilingual
- You are able to work independent and self-motivated, you are a self-starter!
- By nature you are customer focused with strong negotiation and communication skills
- Your commercial and analytical skills are outstanding
- You drive results with a can do attitude and are capable to priortise when needed
- People Leaderhip experience will be an advantage
