Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented, business-orientated and hands-on HRBP in a fast-paced business environment. 

What you will do:

  • Workforce budgeting and staffing management in partnership with managers
  • Act as an equal partner to managers in the country
  • Full recruitment and selection process ownership
  • Employer branding activities within Lithuania
  • Driving performance management and employee development processes
  • Succession planning and talent management initiatives
  • Employee relations and labour law compliance
  • Supporting managers and employees through the employment lifecycle
  • Occupational health and safety oversight and compliance
  • Participation in payroll, salary review, and compensation-related processes
  • Organizational development and change management initiatives
  • Improving and modernising HR processes, including moving from manual to more efficient, system‑based solutions
  • Internal communication, engagement activities, and event coordination.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Proven broad HR experience across multiple HR disciplines; 
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, compensation, organizational development, and training & development; 
  • Strong ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution; 
  • Experience partnering with managers and coaching stakeholders at different levels; 
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously; 
  • Self-driven and proactive personality; 
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills; 
  • Fluency in English is required; 
  • Flexibility to travel when required.
