Are you ready to help shape the future of goods flow at JYSK?

We are looking for a Business Solution Specialist with strong IT skills to join our Flow of Goods department at our Head Office in Aarhus. In this role, you will contribute to developing and optimising processes across purchase orders, store orders, and the wider supply chain, ensuring a seamless flow from suppliers through our distribution centers to more than 3,600 stores in 29 countries.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
You will be part of a team focused on improving business processes within Flow of Goods. Acting as a bridge between business and IT, you will work with stakeholders in an agile setup to drive meaningful change and implement solutions that create tangible business value.

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

  • Translating business needs into technical solutions, ensuring that processes and systems deliver continuous value
  • Assisting end-users, resolving issues and providing guidance on new features and functionalities
  • Creating and executing test cases, validating results, and supporting the smooth roll-out of new solutions
  • Working closely with colleagues across business and IT to align priorities, securing buy-in, and ensuring successful implementation
  • Identifying inefficiencies, proposing improvements, and challenging existing processes to optimise performance

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:

  • Has a relevant master’s degree (e.g. Economics, Business Administration, IT) or equivalent experience
  • Has experience in roles such as Business Analyst or Business Developer, ideally within retail, replenishment, or forecasting
  • Brings strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex systems
  • Has basic knowledge of data structures and a solid grasp of English, both written and spoken
  • Has experience with SAP ERP (not a requirement)
