Job Description

JYSK Greece is looking for a dedicated Accountant to join our Finance department in Hungary!

Responsibilities:

·         Control & booking of tax documents in C category books

·         Archiving of documents and keeping accounting records according to company’s policies and procedures

·         Booking and reconciliation of banking/cards transactions

·         Credit check of customers and vendors

·         GL/Vendors/Customers Account agreements and clearings

·         Payments management to suppliers and public authorities

·         Communication with financial institutions and public services

·         Participation and support in the monthly/yearly closures and issuance of financial results.

·         Participation in the whole range of accounting tasks and continuous effort to improve and upgrade the department’s level

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

·         Good knowledge of accounting cycle and tax legislation

·         Fluency in English

·         Strong computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office

·         Analytical skills and focus on details

·         The ability to work independently, but also as part of a team

Experience of at least 3 years in a similar position, as well as SAP knowledge will be considered an asset.
