As our new IGA Graduate, you will be part of our SAP & Development department consisting of approximately 70 employees and you will be located at our Head Office in Aarhus. You will be working with all aspects of IGA including scripting, configuration, testing, operations and support, with the overall goal to support the ever-growing number of employees and applications in JYSK by delivering efficient, stable and secure solutions within the IGA area.

Your core department will be HR IT & Identity Management, and you will join the scrum team called People. In People we are responsible for all employee related applications, and we deliver value to 28 countries and approximately 3.000 stores.

As an IT Graduate in JYSK, you will rapidly experience your contribution to different projects, which is a perfect example of our flat hierarchy and global JYSK values.

You Bring dedication and you…

  • have just or will soon finish studies. This could be, but is not limited to: cand.it, Computer Science, cand.merc.it, cand.merc or similar, as there are many ways into this area
  • have an interest in and a flair for IT, preferably including programming or scripting
  • find it easy to learn and master new systems across an IT landscape
  • can bridge the gap between business and IT and feel comfortable with active participation in discussions between people from different cultures and backgrounds
  • have an interest in optimising processes
  • accept challenges and look for new solutions
  • are self-driven, able to work independently, and take responsibility of own tasks and learning
  • work structured and methodical and is keen on following standards and conventions
  • are ambitious and willing to take on a steep learning curve
