To secure the continuous development of JYSK in West Balkan, we are looking for a Salary Accountant. You will be placed at our local Head Office in Zagreb and will refer to Finance Manager.

We offer a part-time position until 31.08.2021.

Your typical tasks are monthly salary and social security accounting:

• Making employment contracts for new employees
• Making sure that all employees are registered to all authorities systems correctly
• Collect and register new employees data in the salary system
• Making sure the staff folder and SAP HR is complete
• Maintain the employee file, update the database from SAP HR
• Report the changes to different authorities
• Collect the necessary staff documentation from the stores (doctor’s certificate etc.)
• Making the monthly salary calculation in the relevant salary system
• Calculating the monthly social security benefits
• Making the monthly posting sheet to SAP Retail on salaries and wages
• Making the monthly, quarterly, yearly reports to authorities
• Making the monthly, quarterly and yearly labour report to Central Statistical Office and internally
• Making sure the monthly payable taxes are posted to the electronic banking system
