HR Business Partner for JYSK Czech Republic Region 2

You Bring dedication and you…

• will have the overall responsibility for the operative HR works in the JYSK Czech Republic. Together with our HR Manager, you will work as an HR Business Partner initiate and manage development in your region

• as HR Business Partner in JYSK you will work close with Retail, which means that you act as mentor and advisor to our District and Store Managers. You will give them support in all HR related questions

• secure and run our recruitment of the right employees, that they will be introduced, trained, and coached to give our customers great service and experience. You will become an essential part of this cooperation with Retail

• actively participate in building the employer's brand by planning, ensuring, following up, and evaluating the success of actions planned in the EB calendar in the entrusted region.

• are energetic, determined, results-oriented, driven, and communicative. You are pro-active, structured and have a proven ability to create results through others

• have a will and drive to change and improve for example processes and ways of working

• are able to plan and prioritize your workday and work independently

• develop your District Managers, Store Managers,  and secure best practice across districts

• you will be Super User for MYLEARN (E-learning system).

This position entails a lot of traveling days; therefore, you need to be a resident in the Czech Republic.  You will be working 3-4 days per week "in the field."
