As our new Inventory Planner within the Buying Team, you will play a key role in supporting our Product Managers, Marketing Team, and Online crew to make sure we’ve got the right stock in the right place at the right time. This role will see you loading new SKU’s and Promotions into our systems, answering store queries, liaising with suppliers and internal teams. You will be responsible for helping launch new products, support stores, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Create inventory plans for daily ops, product launches, and promos
• Raise purchase orders and manage supplier relationships
• Analyse sales trends and forecast demand like a boss
• Support stores with inventory queries and solve stock mysteries
• Spot shortages, plan recoveries, and keep everyone in the loop
• Maintain master data (items, vendors, pricing—you name it)
• Collaborate with product managers on category goals and promotions
• Work with our amazing marketing team to bring product to life
• Keep planograms fresh and POS materials on point

This role is perfect for someone who’s ready to take their next step in their retail career, got a sharp eye for detail, a knack for numbers, and a passion for making things better—for our team and our customers. You will also ideally have:

• Excel experience (pivot tables, vlookups, hlookups), essential
• Analytical skills, inventory demand planning and an understanding supply chain networks
• Communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive, hardworking attitude and results-driven mindset
• Retail experience and technology knowledge (especially hardware), highly regarded
• University degree in business or accounting, desired but not require
