We are now looking for an experienced Communication & Connected Sales Coordinator to join our friendly team!

You must enjoy working in a casual and fun atmosphere, have proven retail experience and a broad knowledge of Telco.

Essential to your success will be your proven customer service experience and background in cash handling, including the use of EFTPOS facilities (preferably electronic POS systems), and the ability to sell retail products and merchandise. You must be able to work both independently and as part of our consolidated sales team, and have the ability to work under pressure!

JB Hi-Fi operates seven (7) days a week (in most areas) and flexibility with hours is essential.

• Retail, sales, and/or customer service experience
• Good knowledge of telco preferred
