About the role
You will join our Nordic Marketing team, based in Copenhagen. The team is part of our Northern European Marketing organisation, meaning you will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across Denmark, Norway, Sweden, the Netherlands, and Belgium.
In this uniquely combined role, you will support both sustainability engagement and consumer insights, helping us deepen consumer understanding while bringing sustainability initiatives to life across the Nordic region.
As a team, we turn insights and ideas into action. We build foundations for commercial decision-making by transforming complex data into simple and meaningful stories - and work to inspire colleagues, customers, partners and consumers around our sustainability journey and progress.

You will support a variety of sustainability‑related initiatives across the Nordic region. Your responsibilities include:
- Contributing to internal and external engagement activities and projects
- Developing and updating communication material and presentations
- Reviewing and updating data and trackers on a continuous basis
- Handling ad hoc requests such as PO creation and administrative support
Consumer Intelligence
You will help ensure our teams have the insights needed to drive strong, data‑based decision‑making. Your responsibilities include:
- Maintaining, optimising and further developing our tools and dashboards to ensure the business always has the right information at hand (experience with PowerBI is an advantage but not required).
- Support brand managers with data-driven reports to drive business performance
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects
Qualifications
Who are you
- Currently pursuing a relevant bachelor degree in marketing, communications, business, economics, sustainability or similar – preferably with at least two years remaining in your studies
- Structured and detail‑oriented with strong collaboration skills
- A strong communicator and storyteller
- Comfortable working with data and curious about what drives performance
- Engaged in sustainability and motivated to contribute to meaningful initiatives
- Passionate about coffee – or curious to learn more about the world of coffee
- Fluent in either Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian (and proficient in English)
Additional Information
What we offer
- Hands-on experience with sustainability, consumer intelligence and marketing
- A highly skilled team with significant responsibility
- Personal and professional development opportunities in a fast-paced environment
- Around 15 hours per week with flexible working hours to fit your studies
As a student worker with us, you can expect a range of great benefits. We offer a unique opportunity to learn and grow in an exciting fast-paced international company. In addition, you can look forward to an excellent canteen, access to a fitness center, social events, and Friday bars. We strive to create a workplace that supports both your productivity and well-being.
You do not need to submit a traditional cover letter. Instead, please include a short profile text in your CV explaining what motivates you to apply for this role and why it matches your interests and ambitions.
