We are now looking for a Student Assistant to support the Media Manager and Marketing Team with various task related to the planning, execution, and evaluation of media campaigns on channels like TV, Online Video or Social Media.

In the media team our responsibility is to make our advertisement as efficient as possible by delivering both value and impact through best-in-class planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Administrative task (e.g., creation of purchase orders to vendors in SAP)
• Reporting on Media activity (Msights, Google Analytics & In-house dashbaords)
• Review and summarize Post Campaign Analysis reports from our Media Agency
• Generate monthly reports for the Market Research Manager
• Support on ad-hoc project for both the Media, Research and Brand Teams
• Owning projects once the experience has been gained

• Studying a university degree relevant to media & marketing with a minimum of 2 years left before graduation
• English fluency in oral and writing – a Nordic language is a benefit but not a requirement
• Accountable and understands how to prioritize and take full responsibility for tasks
• An analytical mindset with an attention to detail
• A team player, thriving in an international and fast-paced environment
• Experienced MS Office user (Excel is a larger part of the job)

The expected working hours are 15 hours/week.
