You will report and support the Finance Excellence Centre Manager with various tasks for all operational activities in the Nordic finance shared service function.

Your role will be a jack-of-all-trades within the finance function, supporting with daily tasks (such as reporting, consolidation and analysis of financial information) as well as being a project manager in driving improvements within the function.

Responsibilities / Key activities

• Supporting the Nordic Finance Excellence Centre in providing world class execution of financial service to the organisation
• Be part of the accounting process and take full responsibility for some of the key reporting tasks
• Support the AP team in managing payments
• Be a temporary cover for anyone that is absent in the team
• Working together with the FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) team in optimizing Nordic Finance processes and reports
• Other ad hoc tasks

The ideal candidate is:

• Actively studying a relevant Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree with minimum 1,5 years left
• Prepared to work based in Copenhagen
• Fluent in English, verbal and in writing – a Nordic language is a benefit but not a requirement
• Detail oriented
• Highly driven and agile
• Good at prioritizing and will take full responsibility for the tasks

• Thriving in interacting with the whole organization
