Jacobs Douwe Egberts USA, is a rapidly growing pure play coffee and tea brand, with HQ in Maynard MA. 

The Temporary Inventory Control Specialist will report to the Director of Logistics and have responsibility for order fulfillment and ticket submission during our busy Q4 season.  This role will work directly with our Inventory Management Specialists and communicate updates to a broader, cross-functional team.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage lot codes and expiration dates between our 3PL and internal systems
• Manually fulfill orders as necessary
• Determine root cause of fulfillment failures
• Partner with Inventory Management Specialists to understand receipt discrepancies
• Submit and follow-up on service tickets
• Communicate findings with internal and external business partners

• At least one year experience in an inventory management or ICQA position
• Understanding of lot codes and expiration date management
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO
• Ability to understand order management and inventory systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
• Able to work cross-functionally across multiple internal and external teams

Additional Requirements

• Netsuite ERP experience a plus
• 3PL experience a plus
