Job Description

We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead the development and delivering of the Manufacturing Operating System (MOS) within the plant. This program is an enabler to deliver the plant CBN. The role drives the manufacturing excellence culture (improve and lock), building on the principals of zero loss, zero defects and a 100% engagement within the plant.

As a CI Manager, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing improvement of a sustainable Lean management approach, you will drive a learning culture that embraces standardized work, information flow, problem solving, strategy deployment and continuous improvement.  You also will develop and coach associates at all levels lean thinking under the Lean Operating System using defined tools and methods driving continuous improvement activities and results.

  • You will act as an internal expert/consultant/coach/leader who is equally adept in the redesign of business processes
  • You will lead of MFG 2.0 (TPM& FMOS) implementation system to support growth
  • You will develop and implement lean metrics and visual indicators to support line efficiency
  • You will build strong relationship with all associates in order to deliver the cultural transformations
  • You will lead, teach and coach associates at all levels lean thinking/principles utilizing problem solving, PDCA, value stream mapping, 5S, Kaizen, etc. across the value chain
  • You will drive continuous improvement initiatives resulting in development the skills and knowledge as well as KPI performance improvements
  • You will follow all GMP, Safety and Food Quality Practices

Qualifications

For this role we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing environment, preferred FMCG
  • Profound knowledge of TPM (prerequisite), Lean and 6Sigma methodologies
  • Experience in an international and multi-cultural environment
  • Cross-functional exposure and collaboration

Optional

  • Master Degree in Engineering (or related field)
