We are looking for a maintenance planner to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency in the factory's maintenance in order to ensure asset reliability and deliver plant performance at an optimum cost.

• Develop maintenance job plans for work scheduling and execution by providing appropriate information, details include but are not limited to; skills required, number of technicians, estimated job duration, materials or parts requirements, special tools/ equipment, work instructions and essential safety steps
• Using established guidelines to plan and assist on preventative maintenance and reliability strategies 
• Plans all maintenance interventions in a manner that protects the quality of the product paying special attention to contamination of equipment and products by oils, fats or foreign objects (hard plastic, dirt, etc...)
• Delivers a Safe and Healthy work environment by knowing the work-related hazards and safety instructions
• Guarantees the availability of spare parts and tools for the completion of the weekly maintenance plan in collaboration with the stores and the technicians
• Participates in equipment reliability strategy processes to identify the most common failure modes and utilise Root Cause Analysis, Reliability Centred Maintenance, 5Why and Management of Change processes to mitigate the causes of equipment failure
• Updates and improves the Preventative Maintenance System with inputs from Breakdown Analysis and feedback from Technicians
• Proactively plans and schedules downtime to have minimal disruption to plant production processes
• Implements Manufacturing Operating System - MOS roll out plan with a hands-on approach through using and owning the relevant Planned Maintenance tools such as Breakdown elimination and Planning – Scheduling
• Uses Manufacturing Operating System - MOS tools as a daily routine to ensure key KPIs delivery that contributing to Compelling Business Need – CBN and Champions 1 Manufacturing Operating System - MOS tool
• Participates in Operations Performance meetings Structure - OPS Level 2
• Suggests and implements improvement ideas

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3-5 years’ of experience in the related industry and preferably in FMCG industries background;
• Proven hands-on maintenance experience
• Knowledge of a Computerized Maintenance Management System
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint, SAP/PRS/Machine Interface Software
