Job Description

In this newly created position you will work closely (and report to) our Consumer Care & Social Manager ANZ to create and implement the Social & Digital Strategy for ANZ. You will also: 

Respond to and engage with Consumers on all social channels including phone, facebook, insta etc
Draw insights and areas of growth opportunity 
General consumer care and administration activities to support all things consumer related 
Monitor trends, reach and competitor activity 
Reporting and analytics 
Reach out to our passionate community of consumers to increase positive reach / influence 
Grow community of brand lovers 

This is an exciting time in our business and we continue to grow and emerge in the digital and social space. You will touch all products in our portfolio; you may already know some of them including Moccona, Harris and L’Or. 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and experience:

  • Recently graduated from tertiary studies in Social Media / Business / Commerce / Marketing 
  • Approximately 12 months experience in a similar role (ideally in Consumer goods)
  • Agile, flexible and adaptable approach 
  • Willingness to “get stuff done” as well as contribute to strategy 
  • Be fun, intelligent, innovative and ambitious 
  • Have some experience with listening platforms (eg Hootsuite or Clarabridge)
