Job Description

We are ready to step up on digital therefore, we are looking for a Nordic Digital Services Specialist to our online marketing team to convert, introduce and engage our customers to our e-Services (self-service) platform.

Primary tasks:

  • Manage the daily operation of the e-Services platform.
  • Design and deliver the implementation roadmap for the e-Services platform.
  • Generate commitment to process change from internal cross-functional stakeholders
  • Design and deliver internal training programmes on e-Services functionality for cross functional teams
  • Optimize customer conversion to use of e-Services.
  • Work closely with Global Digital team to further drive digital roadmap within the Professional division
  • Educate, inspire and champion digital thinking into the local organization.  Develop and deliver local training as appropriate.

As part of the onboarding, travelling to Holland is expected.

Qualifications

  • University degree, preferably in a digital subject
  • 4+ years’ experience in digital or e-commerce or online lead generation
  • Knowledge of the end to end IT processes associated with online customer
  • Experience of running Content Management System
  • Experience in planning and executing digital transformation programmes
  • Technologically savvy 
  • Fluency in Norwegian or Swedish and English
  • Experience with customer self service platforms
