Job Description
Based in Sydney, this is an opportunity to join a global leader in the Coffee industry. Reporting to the Sales Manager, National Accounts your focus will be to develop joint business plans with existing customer bases and drive growth through new business opportunities with our business partners.
Your extensive knowledge and networks will assist you in seeking these opportunities and we anticipate that you will travel up to 50% of your time covering major national cities.
Qualifications
With a focus on segments including Petrol & Convenience, QSR, Bakery and emerging channels you will need the following skills and experience to enable your success:
- A proven track record in Business Development and Account Management with a passion to secure new business and identify opportunities within existing accounts
- Business to business sales experience, working within the Coffee industry, FMCG or Food Services sector (highly desirable)
- The ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate internally and externally as needed
- Outstanding ability to build relationships coupled with exemplary influencing and negotiation skills
- Great presentation skills, professional manner and a willingness to train and share knowledge on both coffee intricacies and sales techniques
- Strong analytical and Excel skills with an understanding of how to interpret data and use market intelligence to drive opportunities
