For this unique momentum we are looking for a Business Transformation Owner for the next 18 months to ensure that all workstreams in all projects are delivering to plan, and that all projects are seamlessly coordinated so our associates are not overwhelmed with change. 

In particular to:

• Keeping a complete overview on progress of all projects by both holding project managers and workstream leads accountable to their deliverables and stepping into gaps as they arise to provide hands on support.

• Be the overarching project manager for the full strategic review of the business workstreams deploying the new strategy.

• Work closely with the Sales Excellence Champion to launch and embed the Sales Excellence program.

• Create one change management plan, including communication and engagement.

To be successful in the role, you should have:

• Strong organisation skills

• A KPI mindset and experience of monitoring and reporting quantitative KPI measures

• Experience of managing multiple projects in parallel

• Action orientation and an eagerness to be “hands on”

• Commitment to deadlines

• FMCG experience

• Clear communication skills in Swedish and English
