Job Description
JDE Professional is the division who is worldwide responsible for all our Out of Home customers. Within JDE Professional, the department Global Supply Chain arranges the supply of coffee machines and spare parts for more than 50 countries and is the main contact for international suppliers and local Operation departments. Global Supply Chain consists of 12 enthusiastic people and we are looking for a fulltime Data Specialist per Sept 1st.
You will be responsible for the daily maintenance and quality of the company’s SAP Supply Chain master data on an international scale (>10.000 articles). In your role, you are the first point of contact for the local business in timely and accurately processing of the data requests and providing information on the content and meaning of the stored data. Your role will also consist on generation and analysis of management information and business support. Next to that you will track issues, conduct root cause analysis and initiate corrective actions. As you grow into the role, you will also participate in project teams for our innovations, delisting of machines and spare parts. Your energy is also highly appreciated for the continuous improvement and automatization opportunities.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you need a bachelor degree along with functional years of expertise gained within an operational or IT environment (ideally Service logistics or FMCG). You have sound knowledge of SAP, intermediate/advance skills in Excel and Access and analytical skills. Furthermore, you show a high level of accuracy in your work while maintaining a service oriented approach. You are a team player, communicatively strong and enjoy a dynamic business environment. We expect you to have a strong command in English, as this is our business language. Additional languages are an advantage.
