Job Description

DEPARTMENT:

LOCATION:

Almaty, Kazakhstan

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage Kazakhstan Coffee category P&L ensuring achievement of annual business and marketing objectives. In charge of overall business performance: achieving Net sales, Gross profit, EBIT, OWC and market share objectives in line with company targets

  • Lead marketing strategic planning (3+ years) process for Coffee category in Kazakhstan supporting it with development of strong annual Marketing Plans;

  • Manage Coffee category annual Marketing Plan execution within all elements of the Marketing Mix (including product strategy, pricing, execution at the POP level and communication); Coordinate work with Design agencies, Media agency, BTL agencies on marketing plan execution
  • Ensure holistic approach to market sensing, business intelligence and forecasting, including tracking and evaluation of consumer trends, competitive set, industry and technology development, macro-environmental factors, trade universe changes, marketing communications and media environments;
  • Engage Coffee category team towards business growth.  Inspire cross functional team on business targets achievement and over achievement.
  • Manage direct team (ABM)

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Enthusiastic about coffee;
  • Experience in FMCG Innovation/Marketing is must;
  • Higher education;
  • Strong leadership skills, Drive for Results
  • Bright communicator (strong presentation skills, advanced negotiation and moderation skills);
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to work under time pressure, multifunctional, responsible attitude;
  • Proficient MS Office user;
  • Fluent English and Russian speaker. Kazakh will be additional plus.
