Description:

Debugs software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for company products. Develops, modifies, and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software. Analyzes test results to ensure correct functionality, determine root causes of failures and recommends corrective action. Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems. Provides feedback in preparation of technical appraisals of programming languages, systems, and computation software.

Qualifications required, not limited to the following,

1. Basic understanding of BMC (Baseboard management controller)
2. Basic Understanding of IPMI and Redfish Specifications.
3. Understanding of LAN / Network configuration (DHCP, Static IP, subnet mask, routers)
4. 3+ years' experience with Python coding
5. 2+ years' experience with TCL/TK coding would be a plus
6. Understanding of sensor functionality used in servers
7. Should be able to work in independent environment
8. Should be able to follow direction provided for test execution
9. Quick learner in fast paced working environment
10. Experience with hardware validation of servers and firmware validation of Server Management.
11. Experience with full life cycle testing from test plans and test case development to scripting.
12. Hands-on experience with any test frameworks and any defect filing database
13. Self-driven and can demonstrate the ability to effectively multitask
