Job Description

Software is an integral part of the battery systems that Invinity builds. As the software team grows, we need to scale the Software QA function as well. We value delivering well-tested software on time, and appreciate the need for a strong QA team.

As the QA lead, you will build the team and the process to ensure quality in our deliverables. Select tools, define and implement procedures, work with the developers to ensure everyone is aligned on how we do things.

Some specifics:

  • Manage and execute software QA through the Agile lifecycle
  • Work with stakeholders to develop test plans and test strategies with the goal of continuously improving software quality
  • Create and manage test environment that emphasizes automated testing wherever possible
  • Work hands-on as the team is built and the process matures

Qualifications

  • Required skills and experience:
  • Software test and team leading experience - at least 7 years in the field
  • Knowledge and experience with Agile development and testing methodologies
  • Experience with automated testing tools and procedures
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, across discipline boundaries
  • Appropriate qualification in Computer Science or Computer Systems Engineering
