Job Description

Primary Function of Position:

This position is responsible for administering the regional car fleet across multiple European countries and managing relationships with key fleet suppliers, including leasing companies, OEMs, brokers,
and service providers. The role ensures efficient mobility services, accurate fleet data, full compliance with internal policies and contractual frameworks, and supports continuous improvement
and cost‑effectiveness across the fleet program.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring employee mobility through efficient processes and continuous improvement
  • Coordinating and managing the vehicle fleet across multiple European countries
  • Deploying and enhancing the European fleet management tool
  • Building, maintaining, and updating the Car Policy
  • Consolidating fleet data and related expenditures across Europe
  • Calculating and consolidating the fleet’s carbon footprint
  • Supporting the greening and sustainability evolution of the European car fleet
  • Proposing and implementing cost‑optimization measures
  • Ensuring proper application of framework agreements negotiated by the Group Purchasing team
  • Managing all fleet‑related expenditures
  • Managing relationships with internal customers
  • Coordinating the various departments involved in fleet operations
  • Preparing global fleet reporting and conducting benchmarking
  • Implementing KPIs and performing performance analysis

Other activities:

  • Create and maintain desk procedure and process documentation
  • Provide support to Indirect Procurement operational activities as needed

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 5–7 years of experience in car fleet administration or a similar operational function in an international environment
  • Strong numerical aptitude and excellent attention to detail
  • Customer‑oriented and solution‑focused mindset with a proactive “can‑do” approach
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining clear communication with key internal stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills
  • Fluency in English, German, and French
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in working with fleet management systems and reporting tools
