- Work closely with Product Managers, Commercial team stakeholders, and Data Analysts to break down complex business requirements and translate them to implementable features including, and not limited to solutioning data retrieval processes from across multiple hospital data sources, data formats and data types, ingestion and processing.
- Work closely with core engineering teams to consistently evolve data models based on growing business needs
- Implement software development best practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, infrastructure-as-code, and microservice architectures
- Effectively participate in the team’s planning, code reviews, KPI reviews, and design discussions leading to continuous improvement in these areas.
- Provide guidance to other engineers and data team members, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with QA Engineers to ensure product quality, reliability and compliance with standards throughout the development lifecycle
- Partner with Verification/Validation teams to ensure product releases processes are compliant with the guidance established
- Engage with Product Security, Data Privacy and DevOps to ensure product compliance with relevant standards and regulations
