Job Description
Primary Function of Position
We are looking for a passionate world-class customer service person with focused attentiveness and responsiveness to employee needs, to join our Human Resources People Services Team. Our team of Human Resources Representatives provides employee benefits support and processing transactions in our Human Capital Management (HCM) System for employee data changes.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Ensure positive employee experience by providing support to APAC region employee’s questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service.
- Administer employee data changes, including managing and maintaining employee files and master data.
- Ensure that employee and organizational data integrity is maintained during administration processing, following data management processes and procedures.
- Identify, raise and apply continuous improvement to services and HR systems.
- Manage inquiries related to use of HR systems
- Perform other HR operational tasks such as: data entry, employment verification requests, , , coordination with payroll, and overall maintenance of employee records, ensuring data integrity.
- May assist with administering other special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or certification in HR, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with customer service and HR systems
- Passion for delivering world-class customer service with focused attentiveness and responsiveness to employee needs.
- Experience with the following tools: Workday (or other HCM system), and ServiceNow- a big plus.
- Basic knowledge of India local labore market policies will be highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks requiring rigorous and meticulous attention to detail.
- Discreet- experience dealing with sensitive data with caution
- Acts proactively to achieve results and always strives to deliver more than is expected before being asked to.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, and + one of the following languages will be highly desirable: Japanese, Korean, Chinese
- Loves to partner with others to get to better solutions and outcomes and seeks input to make better informed decisions. Experience working with CoEs is a big plus
