Job Description

You'll provide comprehensive nursing care in an inpatient behavioral health setting, applying clinical assessment, therapeutic communication, medication management, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support recovery and stabilization.

You'll apply your RN skills to assess complex behavioral health needs, develop individualized nursing care plans, administer treatments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery in a structured therapeutic environment. New graduates are welcome.

Work Schedule: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, compassionate nursing care for patients with behavioral health needs.
  • Assess patients, develop and implement nursing care plans, support treatment, and monitor patient progress.
  • Administer medications and treatments and collect lab samples as needed.
  • Educate patients and families about care needs and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care and support recovery.
  • Supervise and support other team members as appropriate.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state.
  • New graduates welcome; training provided.
  • Ability to meet hospital onboarding and background check requirements.
