As Project Controller you lead project progression within the IKEA product development process to ensure that the team delivers to project ambitions and the time plan throughout the project. You lead project planning, tracking and follow‐up and secure that the team delivers to the project brief and in compliance with the product development process. You will be part of one of our project teams working with a specific part of our global product range

Your main responsibilities as Project Controller are Project management including project planning, tracking and follow up according to project ambition, time plan and KPI’s. To lead the development process, secure process compliance, and continue process improvement. Handle administration of the range in the internal product information system. You will also work with project administration within project management tool and capture and document project learnings and secure that these are utilized in future projects.

We are looking for a goal-oriented team player with the communicative ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and engage people by creating a commitment to objectives, plans and processes. You have a passion for details and excellence in operations together with a technical interest. You can analyze, draw conclusions and to understand how decisions and processes impact the totality.

Furthermore, we expect you to have experience from leading or coordinating projects and project management skills. Leadership comes natural for you and you are a good communicator. You have relevant academic degree, or relevant work experience. Fluent in English, both verbally and written.

This role is a permanent position and located in Älmhult, Sweden. In this role you will be reporting to Project Controller Team Manager Tanja Vogel.
