Job Description

Pick, pack and distribute IKEA and/or customer orders in an efficient way and with a high service-level. The warehouse co-worker is directly responsible for the assignment, executed in a timely, efficient, and safely manner and within all quality parameters for the required operation. Always doing this with cost efficiency in mind and with IKEAs customers’ highest satisfaction as a guiding star.

You will secure the movement, storage and classification of the IKEA range, goods or other materials stored in the warehouse. You will be responsible of unload goods and to receive products to assure that the goods are ready to be stored in warehouse.

Responsible of issue material with right quantity, quality and timely for manufacturing, customer, and distribution orders. Secure pick and pack product to assure that customer orders are picked and packed timely and with a high quality and oversee load vehicle and generate shipping documents to assure that high quality goods are loaded onto the truck in a safe and optimal way.

Then you will secure package and waste disposal and return redundant material back to stock. Capture learnings and actively share knowledge connected to warehouse. and inform relevant stakeholders about related deviations.

Qualifications

You enjoy working in a fast-paced future oriented environment with a service minded attitude and approach. You like to learn and share learnings, work with your team, and enjoy reaching out and meet new people. You like to work toward set goals and reach them together with your team. 
Furthermore, you need to have:
 •    Good knowledge in warehouse handling; warehousing systems and equipment.
•    Technical education or technical experience.
•    Knowledge in related requirements and specifications.
•    Good knowledge in IKEA cultures & values
•    Knowledge and understanding of the IKEA processes, specifically within produce according to plans and requirements.
•    Knowledge in relevant IT tools (M3, Astro, TMS). 
•    Fork-lift license and practical experience
•    Knowledge of English and Swedish, both written as verbal, and language.
