Job Description

  • as a leader being a good example of IKEA values; protecting and development IKEA culture & values inside and outside the company together with Management Team
  • ensuring compliance between HR strategy, corporate guidelines and business goals
  • building labor relations basing on a local labor code and corporate standards/ values
  • supervising and developing IKEA HR standards (e.g. succession planning, talent management, diversity management, team development)
  • supporting development of leadership on all levels of organization
  • supervising personal administration area and setting salary policy in the site;
  • building good long term relations with trade unions

Qualifications

  • university degree (preferable: in Human Resources Management)
  • min. 5 year experience supported by successes as HR Manager in a big international organization with well developed organizational culture and high standards (production sector would be a priority)
  • helicopter view with ability to create long-term People Strategy for the Unit considering VUCA world requirements and worldwide transformational trends (e.g. digitization)
  • strong communications skills to inspire, clarify and negotiate
  • people focused mindset to secure delivering business goals as well as people development
  • experience in facilitation/ trainings/ coaching
  • strong knowledge in Polish labour law, labour market and cooperation with trade unions·        
  • fluency in English in business communication (at least B2 level)
  • high flexibility and change management skills
