Inter IKEA Group brings together three core businesses: Franchise, Range and Supply. Together we work constantly to improve the IKEA home furnishing offer and make it more accessible for the many people. 

We are now establishing a new IKEA Shared Data & Technology organization as part of developing our digital capabilities. This organization will be built up together with existing co-workers, recruitments and establishing and developing partnerships over the coming years. It is now an opportunity to join us and be part of and leading this development journey. Our data & technology capabilities that are common across Inter IKEA group will be kept together and organized in the IKEA Shared data & technology organization. The organization will be based mainly in southern part of Sweden and in Delft, Netherlands.

About the job

We need a business-oriented Communication manager to join our amazing team! With your broad knowledge, clear leadership you will be a big contributor creating the foundation around direction, how to get there and movements, the way forward together across IKEA! In this role you will be a part of a network of expertise and lead and work closely together with peers across the totality of Inter IKEA and across IKEA to strengthen and contribute to a strong and relevant IKEA franchise offer and a protected IKEA Brand. Together you will be key contributor in demonstrating the business value enabled by development of digital capabilities through our core business processes.

In this role you will report to our IKEA shared data & technology manager and work closely with the Communication leader Inter IKEA Group digital to lead towards uniformity and commonality. You will empower talents in your own area by securing a competent and high performing communication team. You will work towards creating prerequisites for an inclusive, transparent and organisational interdependent communication flow through continuous sharing and dialogue and easy access to latest information. You will further contribute to increased understanding and learning by involving and sharing good and relevant examples of development –recognising people and deliverables. You will enable movements by bringing people on the journey in a step by step approach.
