IKEA Core Business Range and Core Business Supply has the responsibility to develop, design, produce and supply IKEA retail channels with home furnishing solutions available to the many people. Each year IKEA introduces 2,000 new products in the 420 IKEA stores and other multichannel touchpoints around the world with the turnover of 38.3 BEUR. In our broadcast studios we host everything from small digital meetings to high-end productions and we want you to be a part of everything from planning to hands on execution. You will have a key role in the planning process, collaborating with communication and event teams. During the event you will have an expert role, maybe you’re a great sound technician, video expert or a live producer. Together we build a great foundation for producing great events! 

As a Project Leader you will:  

• Develop and secure streaming and digital meeting solutions with focus on cost and high function and a constant exploration of possible efficiencies in the way of working using the best digital or technical tools.   
• Project lead and execute live broadcasts, digital events, and virtual meetings according to IKEA values.  
• Specialist role during live production; support as a producer, sound, light, or video expert.  
• Support with planning, developing, and delivering digital communication in the most effective, engaging, inspiring and relevant way.   
• Secure hardware and broadcast equipment necessary to succeed with the assignment.   

As a Project Leader you enjoy building your network and interact with the different stakeholders, both internal and external. You have an uncomplicated way with people and enjoy inspiring others. You are a person who has a passion for technical solutions and an eagerness to learn and develop in your profession through the needs from the business. Furthermore, you have:  

• An extensive experience in broadcast and livestreamed event  
• A strong experience working with both internal and external stakeholders, preferably in an international environment or a global context.   
• A good knowledge in live production, both audio, video, and lightning  
• A good knowledge in Adobe Suite and streaming software solutions.  
• Knowledge in hardware to take right decisions for investing or renting.  
• Knowledge of how to project lead (strategically, tactically, operationally) in an efficient and cost-conscious way.  
• Ability to co-ordinate technical activities with both internal and external resources  
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
