We are now looking for a Business Navigator BA Chili

Job Description

As Business Navigator you lead performance management in all areas and all dimensions. You are an active business partner to teams and decision makers, lead with fact-based insights and active risk management. You facilitate business development and innovation by actively exploring the future through scenario planning and modelling.

Further, you will lead the business performance management and translate business goals into KPIs. Actively use Business Intelligence and relevant reporting tools for an analytical approach of performance evaluation. Share and communicate to all stakeholders their business insights, identifying risks and opportunities. 

Then you will facilitate a strong performance culture where deviations are detected early, initiate the follow-up of corrective actions and contribute to fact-based decision making. 
Acts as an ambassador for a performance driven culture and works to enhance business understanding in the organization. Support scenario planning, modelling, risk assessment and contingency planning. In the matrix, contribute to the development of common ways of work, methods and tools and share best practices.

Qualifications

This is a position where you can grow and learn about IKEA. You have an academic degree within finance, business administration, economics or similar. You are goal and delivery-oriented person with passion for details, good in ensuring structure, prioritization and accuracy. You have a genuine interest in people and a passion for simplifying everyday work life for co-workers with a results-oriented mind set. 

Maybe you have experience from Business Navigation in a global environment and have knowledge of business intelligence and reporting tools and MS Office package. You have the power of initiative, having the courage to question and challenge across topics. You have strong communication skills; being able to explain in a simple way and actively listening. Are fluent in both verbal and written English.
This position is placed in Älmhult.
