Inter IKEA has the responsibility to develop, design, produce and supply IKEA stores with home furnishing solutions available to the many people. Each year Inter IKEA  introduces 2,000 new products in the IKEA stores. The total range is almost 10,000 products.

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager for our Business Area Kitchens, Bathrooms and Home Appliances (called BA KBA).

With many people working from home we know that the need for personal space is even greater today than it has ever been. The bathroom has transformed from not only a functional space but a needed place where people can retreat. Style and function are equally as important in this often small but very important room.

We are on a journey to be water positive by 2030 and we know that the bathroom is the highest water consumption room in the home. We are forward thinking and innovating to continuously developing and offering affordable products that enable people to be water efficient at home. 

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have several years of broad Supply Chain experience together with great knowledge of leading people and business on a global arena. You are a value driven leader who are known to let people grow and who know how to lead the way in a changing world. You coach motivate and drive others by setting a clear direction and communicate this in a transparent way.

Your problem-solving skills and your ability to combine working on a strategic level while acting on an operational/tactical level will be put to the test. As well as your ability to look beyond and the ability to lead business with a holistic view always with the customer, supplier, total IKEA and total cost development in mind.

You are capable of building trust and relationships, in order to create preconditions for building long-term business partnerships – as it will be a key asset. You have been creating and implementing long-term strategic plans in the supply chain area and are used to provide a clear direction and following up goals.

You are result oriented, have a lot of energy and the desire to constantly find new ways to develop yourself and your team. You are able to make things happen through others!
